CORALIE COCKTAIL CONTEST – TERMS & CONDITIONS

These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) apply to all workshops, events, and services (“Events”) organized by Cocktail Contest (“we,” “our,” or “us”). By booking or attending an Event, you agree to these Terms.

1. Booking & Payment

Reservations are confirmed only after full payment or as otherwise agreed in writing.

Prices are stated in SEK and include VAT where applicable.

We reserve the right to refuse or cancel bookings at our discretion.

2. Age Requirement

Participants must be at least 21 years old to attend.

Valid photo ID may be required at the start of the Event.

3. Cancellations & Refunds

Bookings are non-refundable.

Cancellations made 3 days or more before the event are eligible to the option to participate to another event at the same price, within the following 3 months.

4. Safety & Conduct

Participants are expected to drink responsibly.

We reserve the right to refuse service or remove any participant who appears intoxicated, behaves inappropriately, or poses a risk to themselves or others.

Allergies and dietary restrictions must be communicated at the time of booking or at the beginning of the event. While we do our best to accommodate, we cannot guarantee the absence of allergens.

5. Liability

Participation is at your own risk.

Cocktail Contest is not liable for any injury, loss, or damage arising from participation in Events, except in cases of gross negligence or willful misconduct.

We are not responsible for personal belongings brought to the Event.

6. Photography & Media

Photos and videos may be taken during Events for promotional purposes.

If you prefer not to be photographed, please inform us in advance.

7. Intellectual Property

All workshop materials, recipes, and content remain the property of Cocktail Contest.

Materials may not be reproduced, distributed, or used commercially without our written consent.

8. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by Swedish law.

Any disputes will be settled by Swedish courts.
